How billing works
Prices are listed in GBP. After booking, you’ll get a receipt and a confirmation email with your plan details and appointment links.
Our plans provide educational guidance only. They don’t include repairs, remote access, or warranty-related services.
You can cancel for a full refund anytime before your first consultation. After your session, billing is reviewed fairly based on the time spent and any materials shared.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take remote control or carry out repairs?
No. We never take remote control of your device, and we don’t repair hardware. Our role is to guide you through safe, repeatable steps you can do yourself. If we notice signs of a hardware problem, we’ll explain why guidance won’t solve it and outline sensible next steps — without pushing any brand or service.
What should I prepare before a session?
Have your device ready, along with its model, operating system version, and how you plan to connect to the internet (Wi-Fi, USB or Ethernet). If you know the Wi-Fi name and password, keep them handy. Closing stuck print jobs and, if possible, restarting your device helps us begin from a clean state.
What if I don’t use all my consultations?
You can use any remaining time to tidy up your workflow, check another device, or get ready for a router change. If something unexpected happens in your schedule, tell us early — we can often extend briefly or convert one session into a written checklist.
Is this tied to a particular brand or app?
No. Everything we teach is brand-neutral and based on operating-system tools and simple checks that work on common home and small-office setups. If a term is brand-specific, we translate it into general steps anyone can follow.
How fast are email follow-ups?
During your plan window, we aim to reply within one working day (UK time). Starter plans include one clarification by email; longer plans include ongoing email support for the duration of the plan.
